At Smirkmore, we want you to feel good about what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. Please review the details below before placing your order.
ORDER CHANGES
Need to change the size or color?
Email us at officialsmirkmore.co@outlook.com before your order is fulfilled, and we’ll see what we can do. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Order cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it can’t be canceled. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
RETURNS
How long do I have to return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing officialsmirkmore.co@outlook.com or using our return page. Requests made after 14 days can’t be accepted.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached, exceptions apply.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 business days.
At this time, we’re unable to accept returns from the European Union.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive either store credit (Smirkmore e-gift card) or a refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If refunded to your original payment method, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or size, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is processed.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked FINAL SALE can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
This includes:
• collaboration pieces
• limited edition drops
• discounted items marked final sale
Please be sure to review your order carefully before checking out.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Sales and promotions can’t be applied retroactively.
Orders placed before a promotion begins aren’t eligible for price adjustments or partial refunds.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at officialsmirkmore.co@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Tracking details are sent once your order ships.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please report it within 14 days. While we aren’t responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to assist.
