PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following Monday or next business day, depending on order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been handed to the courier.

Free shipping thresholds vary by region and apply only to eligible orders after discounts are applied.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Smirkmore is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Smirkmore is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
For lost packages, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist when possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNS TO SENDER
If a delivery attempt fails, we may coordinate with the courier for re-delivery, subject to courier policies.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or re-delivery fees.
Refunds for returned shipments may exclude original shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
